用错误的方法,去解决虚假的问题

我个人对中国教育改革现状的估计比较悲观。不能讲中国教育改革失败了,但至少现在是陷入困局了。我们花那么大力气,实际上效果不佳。不管是教育行政主管部门还是国家政策,很多情况都是处于盲人摸象的状态。

问题出在哪里?就我个人观察来看,中国的教育改革要摆脱困局,首先必须对教育改革中的重要问题进行清理和辨析,弄清哪些是真问题,哪些是假问题。实际上,中国教育改革很多时候是在用错误的方法去解决虚假的问题。问题真假有两种情况:一种情况是,事实是不是存在?事实不存在,问题就是假的;另外一种情况是,事实是存在的,但鉴别问题性质的时候搞错了。目前为止,至少三类问题是混淆的。
